Architecture:Palladio Hall was built and owned by N.J. Bradlee, a prominent Roxbury resident and architect for the T.J. Whidden firm. It was originally designated as a commercial building, and housed a variety of business entities since its inception. Palladio Hall is a 3-story building erected in the Italian Renaissance Revival style. It is an elaborate building, erected in Ohio sandstone with cast iron storefronts. Palladio Hall includes many typical features, such as a Mansard roof and arched doors and windows.



History:Palladio Hall was the site of the Rose Croix Dance Hall, a popular Irish dance hall and gathering spot for Irish Canadians during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.



Current Use:

Palladio Hall was recently renovated by Nuestra Communidad and it is home to commercial and office space. The street level is leased to retailers and the upper level is used as office space for Nuestra.
